Body Mind & Spine started with a simple idea: your body works as one, so your care should too. That’s why we brought chiropractic, massage therapy, and skin care together in one welcoming space in Mobile.
You won’t be rushed and you won’t be a number. We take the time to understand what’s going on, explain your options in plain language, and build care around your goals — whether that’s getting out of pain or simply feeling your best every day.

Meet Dr. Jeff
Dr. Jeff Woodruff, D.C.
A Mobile native with over 26 years of experience, Dr. Jeff is the lead chiropractor at Body Mind & Spine and the heart behind its whole-person approach to wellness. His goal is simple: help you get back to doing the things you love — whether that means relief from pain or just feeling your best day to day.
He believes great care starts with listening. Dr. Jeff takes the time to understand what’s really going on before recommending a plan, and he’s built a team of chiropractors, massage therapists, and estheticians who share that same patient-first, no-rush philosophy.

Dr. Nic Brautigam, D.C.
A native of Woodstock, GA, Dr. Nic earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University and his BS in Biology from the University of West Georgia. A middle-school weight-lifting injury — and the relief he found through chiropractic — inspired him to dedicate his life to sharing its benefits. Outside the office he enjoys hiking, lifting weights, the beach, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

A Fairhope High graduate, Julie earned her Massage Therapy degree from Blue Cliff College in 2019. Her love of fitness drives her to help others feel their best — she’s even a two-time Spartan Race Trifecta finisher. She’s skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, and reflexology massage, and loves sports massage and stretching techniques.

Born and raised in Texas, Sarah moved to Mobile in 2019. She graduated from A New Beginning School of Massage in 2010 and expanded her training at Blue Cliff College in 2021. Her specialties include prenatal, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point release — and her goal is always to listen and cater to each client’s needs.

A licensed massage therapist since 2007, Natalie graduated from the Mississippi School of Therapeutic Massage. Her favorite modalities are deep tissue, trigger point, bamboo, Himalayan stones, and hot stones — and her signature use of heat helps fully relax tight muscles. She attends massage conferences regularly and gets a massage every month herself to give clients her best.

Blaikney is a Nursing student at the University of South Alabama who hopes to become a nurse at USA Children’s & Women’s Hospital. She loves that BMS pairs exceptional care with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and looks forward to greeting everyone with a smile.
