How do I book my first visit?

Do you take insurance?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medicare, Aetna, Humana, UMR, Devoted, Veteran Administration referrals, ASH, AARP, and GEHA. Coverage can still vary by plan and service. Give us a call at (251) 525-9512 and we’ll be happy to walk through your options before your visit.
What happens at my first chiropractic visit?
We start with a first-visit assessment. We listen to what’s going on, evaluate your needs, and then build a personalized care plan before beginning any treatment.
How much does a massage or facial cost?
60-minute massages start at $69 and 60-minute facials start at $79. Call us at (251) 525-9512 for current rates and options.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Our licensed therapists offer prenatal massage along with deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic, and hot stone massage.
What should I wear for a chiropractic visit?
Comfortable, everyday clothing you can move in is perfect. You stay fully clothed for your chiropractic care.
Is there anything you don’t treat?
We focus on musculoskeletal wellness, relaxation, and skin health. If something is outside what we treat, we’ll tell you honestly and help point you to the right provider.

Chiropractic: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Massage & skin care: Monday–Friday 9am–9pm and Saturday 9am–1pm.
